Three bedrooms,one tenant by Howard Husock looks at the reality that is how government subsidized housing has yet another fail on its record. Fortunately for New Yorker’s and perhaps taxpayers beyond the city is looking into fixing this particular problem.
It seems to me that it absolutely should be a requirement of the public housing assistance scheme that all participants adhere to strict rules up to and including conforming to an at least annual census of occupants, with swift appropriate action to follow.
