How’s that FP going…

It SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Libya: Our limited action is officially illegal and our allies are clearly in a state of confused arrogance.

Iraq: Our folks are still getting hurt and we’re still bleeding $$$ too. Will we leave ?

Afghanistan: An absolute fuck-story this just gets worse day by day .

Israel v Palestine: Poorly played at best.

Also of note is that the international arms race is still in full swing ,the Chinese still are two faced fucks and hold us by our shorties, the Iranians are setting to make a play at the OPEC meeting and the world economy is only gonna offer the Oval occupant about a million new reasons to have ones hair go gray.

I’ve heard some pundits say that including Israel v. Palestine in the “Arab spring” speech was gratuitous on Obama’s part and I tend to agree. He didn’t need to go there.

Yeah every day I look at the news I wonder why anyone wants the job @1600. I saw the following at the BBC all somewhat related to my current angst with politics and Obama italics me:
    * Restated that the 1967 border between Israel and the Palestinian territories must be the basis for negotiations to set up a future Palestinian state
Spinning out his position on I vs P is making it shine a little but is still a turd he needs to go hands off
    * Praised the popular uprisings across the Middle East, saying that as long as people struggled for democracy non-violently the US would be “strongly supportive of their efforts”
This is an absolutely vacant statement
    * Described America’s economy as his “number-one focus” in the run-up to the 2012 presidential election; “My main concern day to day is how do we make sure the American economy is growing,” he said
I don’t see this. I think he’s actively wondering in which direction he needs to run and how he’s to best spend his lame duck time in either the current or next term.
    * Praised domestic successes on health care, education and clean energy
This one reveals itself to be nothing more than political blabbering. It contradicts prior statements as well as reality and any aiming towards the Euro market is pointless. Talking points for who?
    * Acknowledged that the US had unfinished business over immigration and the energy bill.
    Whatever,see above

My thing is that I wonder if Obama will take any of the real lessons on offer from the Euro visit destinations regards austerity. I doubt it!
