I saw an article on the online version of Financial Times. It showcased some of the who’s,how’s and why’s that is at the moment 3.6 billion dollars worth of litigation being filed against the auto giant.
I don’t see this as being the right course of action and I definitely don’t see where there is standing for loss of trade in value.
I fully appreciate the thought that those killed, injured or suffering property damage should seek and receive compensation from the company. Inventory hiccups, resale value and bullshit pain and suffering for bearing the shame of owning a Toyota? hell NO!
Any thoughts folks?!?!
