Marvelous NOT!

So Marvel Comics has apparently reincarnated Captain America and he’s going after white supremacists. I’m OK with that. Trying to catch a dark edge for one of the more faggy super heroes you need some dark enemies,in this case sick white ones. Really no different from his first incarnation whence he battled Nazis. Captain A is all about thwarting white supremacists.

However when you look at the group he’s got his eyes on you see why those in the Tea Bag/Tea Party movement have an issue.

The funniest thing is Marvel execs can actually look at this and say they were not hinting at any given organization.Bwahahaha

You left out the fact that Cap’s sidekick, a Black, just assumes that they’re White Supremacists since the bulk of them are Whites. Of course that is just working from the few frames that I’ve seen on the web. I’m sure Marvel made it so that those assumptions were born out to be true…

  2. Alfie says:

I’ve only seen a little but it seems to me that Marvel fails with the sidekick. Maybe its just me but it seems they’re trying to hard with Falcon.Although I have to say from the panel that the embedded piece is from Falco comes off better than Cap

  3. Elric66 says:

Guess Im not going to the Capt America movie

  4. 152 says:

    Truth from a comic book.
Guess some on the lunatic fringe will call it “liberal media bias”…

  5. Alfie says:

The point of the post was meant to capture the idiocy of the Marvel execs in their obvious lie.

  6. Elric66 says:

Its as true as your pic

  7. As much as I dislike this, I have to say that they do have the right to speak their views. It is a First Amendment thing. I also have the right to ignore them in their juvenile and utterly wrong assessments.

  8. hippieprof says:

    Haha… OK… I must admit I got a real laugh out of this one…
