“Please, Please just don’t read it”

So how ya like the whole read the health care bill into the record drives the Senators crazy thing? I personally like how it took three hours to read under 200 pages.

C’mon, all bills are full of legal-eze. This was a stall tactic, plain and simple. I know you’re smart enough to know that, so please stop being disingenuous.

So what if it was a stalling tactic?

On a simple note I have to echo Elrics comment. So what?
The truth is though that like any story this one has multiple dimensions.Whether you firmly believe this is partisan showboating or quality hard ball Realpolitik is where we could enter into a discussion. I lean towards the latter as the showboat aspect requires I believe your average American is riveted to C-SPAN. As for the time it takes there is nothing wrong or undemocratic with the tactic. The public deserves to have as much light shone on this from all directions. We were promised that btw from BHO.
So you see,I am far from disingenuous Ignacio.

    Alfie,

Doesnt even bother him its an 800 page AMENDMENT!!! And that it was within Coburn’s right to have it read. And its Sanders that broke the rules by pulling it after it started to be read.

  5. Being apart of RTBA movement for years I liked it. So what if it is a stalling tactic? This is hard ball politics, and they are playing in the big leagues.

It’s all a moot point. The real legislation is being crafted by America’s enemies behind closed doors and what is being read has little in common with what will be voted upon.

This sort of villainy will continue so long as we American allow the Liberals to breath the air in our country.
