Americas new Civil War…

0.jpgWe are a divided nation. More than half the population do not pay taxes. We for the first time in our history have more people in the broken down car than we have pushing it. We have a permanent underclass that is being super glued  to the public teet and an ever aging population latching on to bankrupting entitlement programs.

When will the shooting start?

As soon as we sway the army.

    /sarcasm

  2. The balkanization of America is now in full swing, and may not be reversible. It was predicted and nothing at all has been done to slow down the process. Pill brings up a relevant point though. Will the Armed Forces turn on their own people? How many will be Oath Keepers? Are the Militias that are springing up across the country a serious thing? How long before the SLPC deems them all race based organizations while at the same time denying what is going on all around them? Hang on folks, because this is liable to be one hell of a roller coaster ride.

Yeah this isn’t good if for no other reason than the long term effects of decay it has on us all.

I should probably explain my comment now that it has been commented on.

I recently read an article on rebellion that theorized that a successful rebellion requires that the military either help the rebellion or at the least, agree to not act against it.

It was full of case studies to support it, and was a very interesting read. (was in a book or I would post a link)

My feeling is that we really aren’t there yet, and I was more being sarcastic.

The military takes an oath to the Constitution not the president or Congress. My guess most will get out of the way or join in.

We are very close, my guess will be by 2012. This is if the 2010 elections are a sham or not enough the GOP steps up to the plate.

Scary part is we are more divided than during the Civl War and the American Revolution was start for much less than what our government is doing to us now.

    Welcome to our world.
